1.) Take a 10-30 minute walk everyday.
2.) Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes a day.
3.) Get more sleep and wake up with the phrase, 'My purpose today is to_________.'
4.) Live with the 3E's - Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
6.) Pray and make time for exercise.
7.) Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and less of the foods manufactured in plants.
8.) Drink plenty of water and occasionally green tea.
9.) Trying to make at least three people smile will in turn make you smile.
10.) Rid yourself of clutter in the house, car, desk and let new and flowing energy enter into your life.
11.) Don't waste this flowing energy on gossip, negative thoughts or things you can't control. Positive thinking creates a positive environment.
12.) Realize that life is a classroom setting. Trials and tribulations are a part of the curriculum and serve the purpose of teaching. The grade you earn is determined by whether or not you apply what you learn.
13.) Smile and Laugh more. Just try it. Life isn't fair, but it is good with a change of perception.
14.) Life is too short to have hate in your heart.
15.) Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the future.
16.) It is OK to agree to disagree.
17.) Stop waiting for the special occasion as everyday is special.
18.) No one controls your happiness but you.
