Holiday parties - what could go wrong? Food, employees, booze, loosened inhibitions, driving. As it turns out, plenty can go wrong.
Just like mom always said, it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, and the odds of someone getting hurt (and/or sexually harassed) increase exponentially anytime you host a booze-soaked shindig for your workers.
